Jonathan De Biasi practices civil litigation with a focus on employment law, insurance defence, human rights, commercial disputes, and estate litigation. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2017, he is known for his balanced approach, clear thinking, and ability to navigate sensitive matters with precision and care.

After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto, Jonathan completed his J.D. at Queen’s University, where he received multiple course awards for achieving the highest marks in his classes. He also gained litigation experience by representing low-income residents through his volunteer work with Queen’s Legal Aid, or which he received an award recognizing his contributions to the legal clinic.

Jonathan has acted on a range of significant matters, appearing before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Small Claims Court, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and a variety of other administrative tribunals.

Jonathan serves clients across Simcoe County and throughout Ontario — offering sharp legal analysis and trusted representation in high-stakes litigation.

He is a member of the Advocates’ Society and the Simcoe County Law Association. He also continues to promote access to legal services through his volunteer work with Pro Bono Ontario, and he is currently training to add mediation to his offered services.
